M&A Doocey has a proactive approach to health and safety and the environment. Our main focus is to be in tune with our workforce and the potential hazards they may face on a day to day basis.
Our Safety standards are promoted from top level within the company, and this trend is filtered down through the company tree.
We invest in our workforce to ensure that they are competent and skilled employees working to nationally accredited procedures.
We have been successful with our participation in the HSE leadership & worker programme, this has been recorded on the HSE website.
And this culture has been adopted throughout our organisation
We educate our staff to adhere to, and promote good tried and tested Safety behaviours across the board.
To enable we give our staff the best support possible on the ground, we encourage the reporting of hazards on site and the recording of controls.
We work together as a unit to ensure we maintain our accreditations for CHAS & ISO 45001:2018 as these accreditations promote what we stand for as a business.
M&A Doocey were proud to be a part of the 14 month HSE Safety Forum and to be showcased as an exemplary case study on the HSE website.
