Our dedicated rising star has been nominated by Sandwell College as a Finalist for ‘Young Apprentice of the Year’ at the Building Future Awards.
In the world of apprenticeships, dedication and perseverance often goes unnoticed. However, Kailum has emerged as a shining example of what it means to truly excel in the field. His unwavering commitment despite current personal adversity is a breath of fresh air to all around. Attending The Doocey Group Open Day in June 2022 he started as an apprentice in Sept 2022 and has never looked back. Kailum is a prime example of the young talent we have emerging through our enviable apprentice program.
