Doocey Group Community & Training Hub Officially Open!

We officially opened the Doocey Group Community & Training Hub, and what better way to celebrate than with two of our apprentices doing the honours!

This space is more than just a building. It’s a long-term investment in people, opportunities and the future of our local community.
From supporting Sandwell College apprentices throughout the year to hosting everything from food support initiatives to youth programmes, this hub is here to make a real, everyday difference.

You’ll see it used for:
• Free lunch programme with local supermarkets for vulnerable residents
• Food bank and pantry support
• Skills and employability workshops
• Youth engagement, mentoring & STEM programmes for young people
• Community health and wellbeing sessions
• Environmental and sustainability activities
• Support for social enterprises
• Digital inclusion programmes
• Creative arts and cultural events
