This week, Doocey Group held two Supervisor Stand Down sessions — an important opportunity for our teams to pause, reflect and refocus.

As our business continues to grow at a rapid pace, it’s vital that we stay aligned on health, safety, and quality standards across every site and project.

It was fantastic to see Directors, Senior Managers, Contract Managers, Site Managers, and Agents all coming together to share ideas and strengthen our collective commitment to a safe, consistent, and high-quality workplace.
