Following our successful project completion at Ellis Gardens in Rugby, Eastward Rise is our second appointment as Multi Utilities provider for Lioncourt Homes. The project started in April 2019 and comprises of gas, water and electricity mains/services supplying 49 new luxury homes.

Our strong working relationship with Western Power Distribution and persistence ensured a new connection point was secured and works completed without any delays to our clients’ build programme.

Works are ongoing with completion planned for early 2021.
