We’re thrilled to announce our graduation ceremony for our 12 Level 2 Highways Maintenance Skilled Operative Apprentices and 5 Level 3 Business Apprentices, which took place on Monday 10th February 2025 at Sandwell Council Chambers.
The Worshipful Deputy Mayor of Sandwell presented all of our Graduating Apprentices with their scrolls in front of their families, mentors, and line managers. In addition to these dignitaries from Sandwell Council such as, Counsellor Gill, West Midlands Combined Authority and Sandwell College made the event extremely special. With Special Awards being given for Most Improved Apprentice, Most Consistent Apprentice and Outstanding Apprentice.

This marks the culmination of their hard work, dedication, and incredible achievements throughout their journey with us, and we couldn’t wait to share this milestone with you.
This celebration is not just about our Apprentices completing their apprenticeship. It’s about recognising the bright futures these apprentices are shaping for themselves and the contributions they’ll bring to the industry!
